For over a decade, she has dedicated myself to empowering organizations and communities through education, cultural humility, and inclusive practices. Her experience in community outreach and cultural integration includes developing culturally appropriate educational materials, coordinating community events, and creating multilingual resources that maintain educational integrity and sensitivity. Additionally, Egla has helped organizations enhance their online presence by collaborating with web designers from the early stages to build culturally appropriate websites from the ground up and by advising on effective social media strategies.
