Intercultural Development Inventory
The Intercultural Development Inventory is a research-based tool that assesses and individual (and/or teams) intercultural competence along the Intercultural Development Continuum.
IDI Delivery
Individual
Individuals will take the assessment and receive a Profile Report. Afterwards, one of our Engage10 team members will meet one-on-one with the individual to discuss the results in a private and receptive conversation.
Group
Once individual assessments have been completed, scores will be combined and placed along the Intercultural Development Continuum for a Group Profile and discussion. This is a great opportunity to learn more about your team/organization.
Plan
After both individual and team assessments and reports, Engage10 team members will work with individuals/organizations to develop an "Intercultural Development Plan".
So...what exactly is the IDI?
"The Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) a theory-based, developmental psychometric instrument grounded in a comprehensive, cross-culturally validated theory of intercultural competence – the Intercultural Development Continuum...which empowers individuals and groups to increase their effectiveness in how they engage cultural differences.
